At The Orbis Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI, Coding, STEM, and academic learning experiences for young learners. Our programs are carefully structured, and class seats are reserved specifically for each enrolled student.
To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, the following refund policy applies to all enrollments.
1. Refund Window
Parents/guardians may request a refund within 15 days from the date of enrollment, provided that:
• The student has attended no more than 2 classes, and
• A written refund request is submitted via email to learn.success@theorbisacademy.org
2. Non-Refund Policy After 15 Days
After 15 days from the enrollment date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Schedule conflicts
• Lack of participation or missed classes
• Personal circumstances
• Student preference to discontinue
Once the 15-day period has passed, the enrollment is considered final and non-refundable.
3. Missed Classes
Classes missed by the student due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds. Where possible, makeup classes may be scheduled based on teacher availability.
4. Program Commitment
Enrollment in any program at The Orbis Academy represents a commitment to the full duration of the program. Our teaching resources, instructors, and schedules are allocated based on confirmed enrollments.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving technical or institutional issues from our side, The Orbis Academy reserves the right to provide alternative solutions, which may include:
• Class rescheduling
• Replacement classes
• Program credit
Refunds will not be issued outside the stated refund window.
6. Policy Agreement
By enrolling in any course offered by The Orbis Academy, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
